The BD025 - 06 - 758 is a 1 inch tweeter with CVD Diamond dome, being the first in an entirely new approach to accuton tweeter design.

A proprietary surround was developed, made from a unique, non-aging and extremely lightweight material. It is lighter than a textile- or foil-surround, showing extremely high damping against resonances because of its inherent structure. The result is a lightweight surround without any resonances. Those have been identified to massively reduce the sound quality and add harshness and coloration.

The unique parts alignment provides an invisible surround, completely eliminating a critical gluing joint with its otherwise contributing mass.

Utilizing new ultra lightweight parts that are exclusively manufactured for us, in combination with a new proprietary construction, we achieved an extremely low moving mass, unlike any other tweeter available.

A new underhung motor delivers excellent low distortion performance with high flux density.

The rear chamber has been designed for lowest possible reflections and low system resonance.

Our diamond speakers are only sold to loudspeaker producers
